In the past, MDCLCA has collected conference and membership dues in one-lump-sum. This year, these payments are itemized. Please remember to purchase your renew your membership prior to registering for the conference to activate your access to the member ticket price.

MDCLCA is using Wild Apricot for conference registration this year! We hope this change will make registration simpler to navigate and easier for those who would like to register multiple participants from your department.
1. Click on the conference title.
2. On the Event Registration page, click "Register".
3. Follow the prompts to complete your registration information.
4. Confirm your registration.
5. After confirming your own registration, select "Invoice Me". This will send you an invoice and reveal a new option to create a "New Registration".
6. Select "New Registration" and complete the registration form for your next participant using their email to start the process. Please enter all registration fields with the new registrant's information.
7. Repeat until you have added all the registrants that you would like to have appear on your invoice.
8. After confirming your last registrant. Select view/pay invoice.
If you need to pay with a physical check, please complete your registration and then email info@mdclca.org for the mailing address and payment directions.
