The membership year commences on February 1st and continues through January 31st.

Membership is accepted on a rolling basis for those who would like access to membership events and resources. However, regardless of the purchase date, the membership year will need to be renewed on February 1st.

We recommend joining MDCLCA in February to enjoy maximum membership benefits.

To be eligible for the conference discount, members must purchase or renew membership prior to the conference. Typically, conference registration will open in early February.  

Graduate and Undergraduate membership levels require proof of at least half-time enrollment be sent to info@mdclca.org. We do not store student records. After verifying your student status, we approve membership and delete the records.
